Jilted bride sues

Re: Jilted bride sues

The irony is so lost on you isn’t it? :smack:  Hilarious really.

Re: Jilted bride sues

I quite like your answer. I also think you're a damn good lawyer :) To me, the case still smells of a jilted bride trying to get back at the fiance for being dumped but what do I know lol.

Re: Jilted bride sues

Thank you. I agree, she's definitely a jilted bride who feels like punishing the guy who dumped her - another woman (or man) might walk away, but she wants to get back at him however she can, and in this case it is financially. And like I've said before,
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

Re: Jilted bride sues

I said what I see and could not get anything which could prove me wrong. Even you did not have anything to say but this. :)

The result remains, the to be bride has to bring something substantial to prove her case to win. Which Sehrysh had problem with. :D

Re: Jilted bride sues

LOL! You are really thick aren’t ya! And comprehension isn’t your strong suit either :nahi:

Nah, I don’t have a problem. Why waste time on people who don’t bring anything to the table - it’s better to ignore the ignorance and jayhaalat of others

Re: Jilted bride sues

Lets not go overboard. Be nice like I have been to you throughout this thread.

I answered you clearly for the questions you had in your post.

Re: Jilted bride sues

I guess your eyesight is not up to much either, I already gave my opinion, it's post number 16

Re: Jilted bride sues

No idea why people are so worked up here. My turn to use this :smack:

What I meant was instead of making that negative comment you could have discussed the specifics of any of my posts.

Agree with your post #16 by the way.

Is it full moon tonight or is it when nothing better to say, people get personal? Come on guys.

Learn to be civil.

These discussions are for everyone to learn not to get defensive or personal.

For Sehrysh: The beginning of losing an argument is when a lawyer (you are not even a lawyer yet) gets personal and silly. This statement will go long ways with you. Good luck.

People with some brain cells left are badly needed for me to discuss. :smack:

Re: Jilted bride sues

@diwana: :rolleyes: :smack: :slight_smile:

Re: Jilted bride sues

:hmmm:

It doesnt make sense not to award her the money back.

She put up money under the promise that he would marry her and there would be a wedding.

No wedding.

Money back.

Re: Jilted bride sues

In an ideal world that is true. He needs to take up the responsibilty and be nice. Even if he is not legally bound.

Re: Jilted bride sues

Dominique Buttitta :hmmm: is that a real last name or just an emphatic of her body parts

Re: Jilted bride sues

Oh TLK, I’m impressed at how you’ve managed to get at the essence of the issue, LOL! BTW, Happy New Year!

Re: Jilted bride sues

lol. Get ready to get sued now… She is a lawyer ya know. :hehe:

Re: Jilted bride sues

Being legally bound to something is just one verdict away from it happening. The fact that cases like this have won in the past makes is also in her favor.

I dont see it being too difficult for her to win. She has enough proof and testimonies.

Re: Jilted bride sues

Maybe you know more than me. And not questioning your information for the sake of questioning it but do you have examples of cases LIKE this?

Everyone so far has said she is not gonna be able to win as much as I could read or understand and she is just being a vengeful lawyer. I still could be wrong.

Re: Jilted bride sues

I am sorry you have disappointed me. :naraz:

OK, may be I can discuss with you some other time and make you again all flustered. :hehe:

Re: Jilted bride sues

Its the small details that make all the difference in world.
