I was referring to mutah. To me jihad al nikah is some thing similar to mutah and that is why i dont consider it is allowed by ahl e sunnah scholars.It is just fake propaganda by iranis majoos and their namak halals.

Whabi cleric changed his mind or not fact is that it has caused Tunisian girls to volunteer for jehad al-nikah. If the interior minister is claiming that it is happening in his country then we have very little to doubt.
Also if you think it is un-islamic then you should condemn all takfiris in Syria who are abusing these girls while waging so called jehad in Syria.

... Beside as I said in another thread ... Ridding the soldiers of their "josh" will make them lazy on the battlefield ... It can't be self-instigated at all ... As it is self-destructive to them for fighting as well as spiritually.

We all know the propaganda machinery is in action since the days of Prophet SAW, the munafiqeen even didn't spare wives of Prophet.
The same bloc was responsible for killing of Usman R.A and battles of Jamal and Saffain. May Allah's wrath be on the munafiqeen for the hatered for deen in their hearts.

A number of girls from Tunisia have become pregnant after traveling to Syria to participate in “sexual jihad,” according to Lotfi Bin Jeddo, Tunisia’s Interior Minister.
The girls “are (sexually) swapped between 20, 30, and 100 rebels and they come back bearing the fruit of sexual contacts in the name of sexual jihad and we are silent doing nothing and standing idle,” Al Arabiya reported he said during an address to the National Constituent Assembly.
The Telegraph has more:
“After the sexual liaisons they have there in the name of ‘jihad al-nikah’ - (sexual holy war, in Arabic) - they come home pregnant,” Ben Jeddou told the MPs.
He did not elaborate on how many Tunisian women had returned to the country pregnant with the children of jihadist fighters.
Jihad al-nikah, permitting extramarital sexual relations with multiple partners, is considered by some hardline Sunni Muslim Salafists as a legitimate form of holy war.
Jeddo also said his ministry had taken a number of steps to stem the flow of Tunisians travelling to Syria.
Tunisia’s former Mufti (the country’s highest religious official) warned earlier this year that 13 Tunisian girls “were fooled” into travelling to Syria to offer sexual services for the rebels. He described the practice as a form of “prostitution.”

It seems as if some dubious person gave a fatwa and some girls followed it, it does not in any case mean that it was right and supported across the board. Can we generalise on a dozen or so girls, as I don't think even the Wahhabis (as a whole) condone this.

Even that i think is hard to accept as ahle sunna aqaedh does not allow such practices.
if some one did that then we should mourn the aqal of those people. Muslims had control over so many places in recent past and never praticsed such things. i wish i could share one documentry related to iranian revoulotion on similar topic.

Thank you for sharing most amazing news shamraz. this is so true (bacuse it is coming from you and it is against muslims).Muslims are practising jihad al nikah from centuries now, afghan taliban,somalis,osmanis,kashmiri mujahideen all used this to its extreme in recent past.
this news will also create harmony among muslims as now ahl e sunnah are one step closer to mutah practising muslims.
PS:Having impact on nasb of kids is not important BTW.

I'm agnostic by choice & curious by nature. As a religious person, you should defend this or at least argue for or against what amounts to prostitution in the name of religion. As for me being against Muslims, I'm not. I'm equally against all organized religions. They have brought nothing good to humanity.

I mean ... credit should be given where it is due ...
Although I do not align with the Salafist/Jihadists ... I know for a surety, because I used to study with them that, they are more likely to miss out Sunnah and Nawafil due to the precaution of fabrication of hadith rather than use qiyas excessively ...
The fatwa is totally out of keeping of their thought model ... and the propagandists should realise their folly ... I now follow an interpretation that is more inclusive and they can't be blamed for this either as they are increasingly soft and character focused.
So the deceivers need to get clever ... and not do so many dumb things.
