Mutah is a fixed term marriage, you have to do iddah between each marriage, and no prospect of 50 or 100 guys or if women becomes pregnant its responsibility of husband . It was abolished by the 2nd caliph. As Shias dont follow the second caliph, it was never banned in the shia school of thought. The Prophet allowed it, just as Slavery was allowed. Lets not pretend this was something the shias invented
