in that case,
this one is when i was living in Middle East as a kid...mom and dad had gone to one of those diplomatic office parties on weekend night, us four sisters were home, eldest sister was old enough to look after us (just incase ppl ask)..ayways..me and my other sister were just geting ready to go to bed and the other two older sisters were in their room studying.
they kept calling out to us to go to bed already and all, just then i saw a glimpse of a lady,the side pose,long black hair and something white she had on...going towards the stairs.
i remember feeling still for that moment,and long after that i realised what i had seen.
i didnt tell anyone what i saw.dont know why i didnt.
but many years later when we moved to pak and all, i was telling my older sisters this and they said that there actually was this lady's spirit in that house,she used to bother my eldest sister a lot and my dad the most.
i later recalled my name being calle dsuring the night , disguised as my frnds voice...
this really was my very own persoanl experince.
