I didnt hear him toss out any settlements. They all are made on confiscated land as well. Come to think of it, entire Israel was made on confiscated land.
Jerusalems issue is much more explosive, which is why the decision by the govt was made secretly, and the very reason why the attorney gen. overturned the decision was not because he thought it was illegal, but rather because he believed it was difficult to defend it in the international arena.
