I forgot the names, it was a while ago when I read it somewhere, also forgot where. But there was this type of jealousy which is ok: if someone is very devoted to saying all prayers on time or knows many surahs by heart or something like that, you can be jealous at that wishing you were like that too. That's positive jealousy, I forgot the proper word, sorry.
Otherwise serious jealousy can be poisenous. It really can destroy peoples lives.
