Removal does not mean resolution. When the people of Kashmir say that it is resolved than yes. But than India will never hold a refrendum there, maybe because they know the result.

Till than keep on dreaming and harping on choti choti khushiyan.

It was disputed and stays disputed.

Did Balochiz ever say they want to become part of Pakistan? or have you ever heard Tibetan saying they want to live with Chinese?.. but they are still a part of Pakistan and China like Kashmir is a part of India. If we go by your logic there should be refrendum in every other country where Human rights voilation exists.
