I do understand that although Jadoo DOES exist, sometimes people attribute too many problems to it, rather than getting medical/psychiatric help. However, how do you explain cases where person has certain "symptoms" and no medical treatment helps, but praying and some taveez DOES INDEED help clear the so called "Jadoo"...and no trust me it is NOT mind over matter.....

It’s true many a times we associate such things with black magic, shayateen, evil eye.. We must go to the doctors and psychiatric before even thinking of such things. Unfortunately our people back home fall back on this and waste time.

But you’re right, prayer helps of course! And all black magic, evil eye and shayateen(jinn) mischief does exist. There’s no denying it. For this (if all else fails) we must go to the knowledgeable people who deal with these issues. These pious people will not declare in the open, they will never ask for money, nothing. It’s hard to find them but knowing the right people, we can get in contact and find a solution.

You are right. I real Pir will never ask for or accept money for helping you. They will ask you to go give sadqa but never will they take anything for themselves. Real Wali Allahs are not easy to find. They don't advertise themselves like all these fake pirs do. If they are meant to help you then a link to them will be made and you won't even realise it.
