This has been public knowledge for several years now.
I first saw this 4 or 5 years back. And besides some of the other champions of democracy in Pakistan can highlight this and force whoever is responsible to pay these dues. Which I have a feeling have accumulated further now. A poor man cannot pay Rs. 4,000 and his electricity is cut, and here we have this.
