Sri Lanka is also a South Asian country but I don't see people reacting like they do in India/Pak to victory or defeat .(btw, even BD fans are just as fanatical if not more).
Indian and Pak players play with a huge burden of fear of failure. This translates into stiff body language on the field. You see SA, Australian, even SL teams...they seem to be enjoying themselves on the field...they project much more energy.
100% true.
Fear of failure or other mental burden will sap motivation and self belief.
however, this does not take away anything from the point in the article. It is bang on target as far as how cricket is becoming negative.
