It could be Daleem if there are only Dal's in it. The Name could have been driven from the Softness of meat and Dal's. Which is now only called Haleem. Sometime the food is also associated with the cook's/ specialist name like Baqar Khani, I don't know who was Baqar Khan but still it is known as Baqar Khani.

nothing to do with Allah name just Haleem and its a dish how can it be disrespect to Allah rahim name just coz its a dish and ALLAH Karim knows what you are talking about when you say haleem is burned ,
