Here’s what I think…
She is everthing she derides her on GS.
Se is a young woman in her late 20’s with a passle of kids… maybe 6… wit h a Punjabi husband (Daisy… my husband informed me how much you would LOVE that one 
)… She doesn’t actually reside in England, she is in the US in Louisianna (isn’t the accent the same as English) 
She sits around eating bon bons while hubby works and whiles away the time here on GS driving us all batty…
OR… it could all be the looking glass, Alice…
