Kaun, Sami has not been performing since a while now. Only recent notable performance has been his four wickets against Australia in first test. He needs to shine and bring his whopping test average down to some respectable level.

i totally agree with that but wouldnt that catch dropped by taufiq given him a moral boost, that wasnt a flook rite that means he has the potential all he needs is some backing up from fielders u cant totally blame everything on the ballers

caths being droped are part of the game, mnay times shoaib akters cathes have gone down, but he comes back with good bowling, wen samis gets droped he just gives up.

a guy comin back from so much bashing from media and rehabilitation cmon that catch would have done wonders to boost his ego but well on the other hand u r rite as well that he gives up too quick that does not mean he is a bad player :k:

but he this is the time for sami to go for sure. Sami is even worst t han shoaib actor. I hated him more than shoiabee.

yaar give me one reason of him being in the team. he has disappointed me alot lately. i think we need to understand something that all other teams have come to realize:
Some players are most suited for test and some are for one days.
Like, shoiab actor, asim kamal, kanaria, are good for test while razzaq, afridi, salmaan are not. they are one day players.
first three are useless. i dont think younas has performed in any of his last 50 matches. that guy is out of form for a long time. its time to sit. similarly, we need some good test players and then have a differnet team for one days.
but what can we do. we r poor nation 0 our players need to support the families so they gotta do a 'double job' -> play both.
just an opnion....................

^ if you have to criticise a player then fine but Younis has not even played 50 matches yet. He has played 32 Test matches with 6 centuries and 20 half centuries. I agree he is a mediocre player and sux big time in ODIs.
He scored @ ave of 43.16 against Aus in Tests which was not bad. But I'm sure there are other players who could've performed better than him against India i.e. Shoaib Malik.
