Did the itching just start recently or have you had it for quite some time?
Are you allergic to anything that you know of..animal fur, mites, pollen, trees...?
If you have eczema and eyes are getting swollen then you should avoid eye makeup. Chemicals can trigger allergens which leads to more itching. Use non drowsy anti-histamines and avoid things that trigger itching. You can try homeopathic medicine too. It is harmless but doesn't promise anyting either.
