A dusty Atmosphere - Dust buildup inside, leading to increasing temp, could cause unstability of the OS, could lead to CPU fan not spinning, could lead to CPU burning out or repeated crashes (if the CPU has some burnout protection).
Excessive Vibration - Not sure on this one, but 'Excessive' vibrations could cause the hard drive heads to hit the platters, leading to data loss, corruption. maybe a CPU cooler/fan can pop off, again leading to CPU burnout or repeated crashes (if the CPU has some burnout protection).
Excessive heat - see above
Magnetic heat - what is that? If it is magnetism, it can cause data loss.
Hello guyz... I need a bit of your help
Can you give me one example of a computer fault that could be caused by - A dusty Atmosphere ? - Excessive Vibration - Excessive Heat - Magnetic Heat such as that caused by fax machines or speakers...
Basically i am doing this assignment and this is the question i am stuck on, i have done most of it but for these four i can't really think of an answer. For a dusty atmosphere, the Pc is likely to slow down ? or some parts might stop working in the CPU ? Am i right ? And for excessive heat the fault is likely that the cooling fan will stop working in CPU ?
Erm... i kind of know the answers but just to want to add in as much as i can, that's why i am asking you, help will be appreciated...
Thanks : )
