No - the common enemy is terrorism. The 26/11 attacks were not “religious” terrorism against India, but against the Jewish center in Mumbai they were acts of “religious terrorism”.
So the kind of terrorism can be different, but the common enemy is terrorism.
And “working with Pakistan” to solve this problem has not really worked out so far, has it ?
