It's a shame they don't consider them their bretheren as sunni arabs represent a small minority in the country and in the new government. After years of oppressing the majority, one would think they'd be smarter in the development of a new government. If the shias act similiarly, payback will be hell.
Anyway, they are killing both shias and sunnis. They are not targeting shias only. They are killing everybody.

^ True. They are killing Sunnis as well, the ones they think are "collaboraters". But Shias themselves are routinely targetted, especially thier mosques and funerals.
I doubt the Shias will act in the same way that the Sunnis did. Shias in the mideast themselves worry too much about appeasing the Sunnis in the mideast (that's why we have to be anti-Israel, but if you look at the facts Israel hasn't done much harm to Iran), and need to start acting more like Malcolm X and less like MLK Jr.
