Isn't the difference obvious...

Re: Isn’t the difference obvious…

Yaar, why are you getting so stressed out. Its just my opinion, and everyone is entitled to theirs. I am not being racist and I haven’t made any profanity based comments. In that post i did say that Light skin does not equal better, but its a natural preference of everyone.

Take care

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

Whoa there. Firstly, I'm not punjabi. Secondly, yes first name is hindu although alot of pakistanis are named Anil or Anila; but i have/did not have any control of that. Thirdly, I am a proud and patriotic PAKISTANI and I am definitley not afraid of my identity. If you knew me at all you'd know how ridicoulas that idea is.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

Its hard to give evidence of something so subjective. It is just my opinion and its based on observations.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

pandit anil khan mukherjee, like i said, it is okay to be punjabi. dont be so shy.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

Queer Are you a Rocket scientist that you figure out all this by the way south indian and scinetist reminds me of abul kalam another dark skinned individual

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

Dearest, stop listening to the telephonic interviews of uncle Iltaf for a few days and try to learn a few things yourself. Your views about the demographics of Punjab and the prejudice emanating from Punjab will change considerably.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

I can't tell the difference in most cases. Recently I have been able to guess that someone might be gujarati, but that's about it. Otherwise a lot of people that I thought to be pakistani for a very long time turned out to be indian.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

lol; man i think your comments are hilarious. I'm not offended at all by what you say. Really, I am not punjabi.

If you must know, I was born in karachi but my background is from peshawar.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

Damn yaar, then my comments must have really stung you. I thought most of the people on here were pakistani. Sorry man, no hard feelings.

Looking forward to a good tour of sri lanka starting next week.

It doesn’t include a part of Pashtoons (living in different areas of Punjab) and Balochs living in the areas of southern Punjab. Also read about the present ethnic make-up of Lahore and Islamabad. I think you know the difference between percentage and the real numbers.

PS- You’re always welcome to move up north.

Re: Isn’t the difference obvious…

Yeah, that’s real mature. Take a stab at me while you are quarreling with the paindu here.

Re: Isn't the difference obvious...

I seem to remember a study done quite some time back about people from different ethnic groups not being able to distinguish facial characteristics of other ethnic groups. For example, east asians may think that all south asians look alike, without really differentiating between skin tones or colors, while white europeans may think that all africans look alike, when there are actually hundreds of regional differences. It is why in court oftentimes a Korean (example) identification of an African American suspect is challenged by the defense attorney - because people are not clearly able to distinguish facial characteristics of other races.
