Okay, so you have your theory. I'm going to keep an eye out on this issue as I have been doing, and as it unfolds, we will see if your theory plays out.
My guess is, that regardless of whether you've got RAW agents involved or not, you cannot ignore the fact that your own blood, your own Pakistani people, are complicit in these crimes. And you cannot ignore the fact that these Talibani elements are getting their way from the government after some extended time period of sheer blood shed, terror, and elimination of basic human rights in the lands they control now.
A force like that is not going to reverse all its inhumane behavior for the installation of a bunch of laws that would, theoretically if executed correctly, land their own behinds in a federal prison for all the crimes against humanity they have already committed.
Oh, and some other ifnormation from the press. Even the neighboring villages who have not yet experienced the Taliban but are now beginning to be infiltrated as well, have initiated a volunteer force allied amongst numerous villages to protect their ground - they will be patrolling at night and essentially executing anyone they consider to be part of the Taliban or Al Qaeda if they are caught in their territory.
So, if the evidence of Pashtuns in the area recognizing this as a problem and doing what even the government of Pakistan cannot do - i.e. stand up against them militarily - isn't enough evidence for you that this is not some Indian conspiracy crap, but a true threat to a muslim country from a delusional group of people who THINK they're muslim, then I don't know what else to tell you.
