Once again you’re irrational and childish. There’s no need to disband the army or ISI. They themselves need to mend their behaviour and correct themselves. Maybe intellectuals and democrats will help them understand this is the 21st century of global village. This is not 1960s anymore.

ISI needs to be merged with intelligence bureau , should be given learned people and research facilities
Army should be for to defense only , barracks and borders .
