According to this article, some amongst the army are fearful that the international forces could attack Balochistan and create an independent Balochistan (below Sibbi) and work is being done to create a shadow Baloch government. These days some Baloch separatists are meeting members from the international community in UK and Switzerland. These were all the fears that I had when the army was abducting, killing and throwing Baloch insurgents and thinking that no one’s looking.
