You don't "encounter" a spy agent from an enemy country, really.

They actually do encounter anti-social elements especially after IA hijacking incident.....BTW where the hell is that Malik guy who India released and was invovled in the Danial pearl case.

If he was released then why did he run away... now if he is caught then he will have to server further term. he could have just waited for his deportation.. he is also risking his own life, i am sure IB, MI,RAW, CID, CBI and local thullas are after him now .
