What incentive does the CIA/American agencies have to torture detainees to make them say that ISI is a terrorist agency ?

To put pressure on ISI to "do more". Regardless of that the evidence is as credible as India being behind Pakistani Taleban, mere hearsay.

Makes sense. However, Afghan sources are not the only ones linking ISI to terror. There is enough evidence to suggest an ISI link in 26/11 too.

This is sure that ISI must having some hidden agenda/policies for just sake of Pakistan`s stabality and protection as they are involved in same time with bunch of international agencies including RAW/MOSAD/CIA to just save our AXXs, as Icon and other members trying to put in some weak minds that dont believe whatever u got from media or sources, JUST believe that ISI purpose is to save us not destroy us.

It is most laughable and indeed quite absurd that Americans are saying that. It is like ulta chor kotowal ko dantey. Pehle Americans khud apney girebaan mein jhankein and look at their own CIA and in particular Systematic human rights abuses at Guantánamo.
They are the chief fasadis and double dealers themselves* …*remember shady people like Raymond Davis in CIA and that is just the tip of the iceberg!!
Agreed intelligence work does sometimes entail seedy and dirty dealings with others but I believe the various intelligence agencies be it CIA, RAW, M15, ISI or Mossad etc. are not very different from one another in that regard …they essentially do the same dirty work for their respective countries. While there may be some officers esp. junior ranks with extremist leanings it is clearly quite absurd to blame the whole ISI IMO

ISI being called a terrorist organization by CIA / NSC of USA, is like a Jackal calling a crow a scavenger. Whereas even the crows from Pakistan are omnivores...becharay sabzi bhee kha letay hain these days to survive...
No doubt Pakistan's crow wants to grow up to be like the US Jackal, however the fact remains, that they are no doubt but a crow in comparison.

That might be true, however the important point is if ISI is indeed a terror organization ?
One can keep pointing fingers at the CIA/USA, but that will not change the facts (whatever they might be).
If ISI is indeed supporting terror, is it possible that some (if not all) of the terror attacks in Pakistan have been done with ISI support ? Definitely something to think about.

You have PAK soldiers and citizens getting killed by the same terrorists and ISI doing deals, funding them etc literally means ISI is enabling the attacks!
Secondly, the US is paying Pakistan to help in the wot and instead of that, this nefarious act is using that money to ensure wot doesn't conclude quickly.
Btw, India has been charging ISI with the double game for several years and it looks like at some point it finally got through at least some American craniums!

^ Don’t be so naive. All intelligence agencies incl. your RAW have played double games at one point or another to safeguard national interests. What about CIA? This wicked organisation has been double-dealing for donkey’s years. On the one hand they are seemingly fighting the Taliban and on the other hand they are either directly (via shady agents like Raymond Davis) or indirectly (indian ‘consulates’ have been blamed by the Americans in the past - Redirecting...) causing instability in Pakistan by aiding and abetting Taliban/Al-Qaeda. Who knows if CIA is actually behind some of these attacks in Pakistan. I absolutely do not trust them. Hence those ISI personnel were closely following Raymond Davis’s every move because they suspected him of exceeding his domain and the rest as they say is history
