I wish I found this more shocking, but unfortunately I’ve seen crap like this before with my own eyes. When I first moved to New York I lived in a building that was mostly Dominican families and the little kids used to play in the courtyard and tiny kids would be dancing with similar moves (not to mention that the little girls were dressing like tiny hookers when they were barely out of diapers.) I can’t even imagine how parents could let this happen.
