that girls act so masoom...like there's this one group in particular....not everyone.
They like to attract attention by:
- pretending they have a devastating disease that could kill them
- telling that have so many restrictions at home that bechaaris aren't allowed to peak outside their windows that are covered by wooden blocks
- dumping their miseries on guys and then pretending to have this "awe" for them so those foolish men start feeling so special
- writing poetry that is usually an offshoot of a few bollywood movie lyrics with a line here and there from the likes of Faiz
I have to say that this is extremely common with desi girls. I haven't seen too many non desis act that way.
No, it has nothing to do with our girls coming from a protective enviroment because they have way too much freedom these days. Oh yeah.

hahah. True. I agree that Bollywood or even the fantasyland created by the entertainment industry in general does have a major role in the way many people think and act, but there are other factors such as upbringing, influence of close friends and family, and just the personality we are born with. Some people say circumstances shape a mind...yes perhaps.
