The law of averages is behind that phenomenon. Many people work get done or issues get resolved for one reason or the other or because of their good luck. But they think or other people think that it was pir sahab key duaoun ka nateeja. While if someone’s work is not done or issue is not resolved they think or say and others think or say that it was their qismat , pir sahab key dua could not help them because of will of Allah. Kar low jo karna hay.
