that time i was like wohooooo
u know i cudnt even move my eyes without feeling dizzy
but im fine now i tried to walk as much as i cud during the day
so that my blood will flow
and it worked im fine now

no actually i take my lappy with me to my bed and i rest my head with the bed so it causes strain to my neck

and may be i was in that position for so long and it caused much strain to my neck

cuz yesterday wen i held my arms up to tie my hair i felt like my upper back was numb

i didnt take it seriously i thought its just sum strain caused by holding my arms up

and then again i rested my head on the crown of bed

and after sumtime i started feeling vertigo

and it didnt go away untill today!
