Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

Pakistan is in a state of confusion with the Taliban. They want to pacify the Taliban but at the same time control it.

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

Well they are two different entities. The TTP is funded from external actors not Pakistanis. The roughly 12 factions that fight in Afghanistan are funded by various groups from Iran to Pakistan.

Do you have proof of this external funding?

The most sensible statement you have written so far…

congrats you have come a long way

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

both of them banned

Congrats, you have finally made it to the 5th word of that sentence. Take a break for an hour and read moar.

Anyways sir, It was nice knowing you. Take care
Fi Amaan Allah

I told firenze not to get over emotional when dealing with pro-taliban people like cricketplaya.

I guess he just didn’t listen.

as for cricketplaya…he just couldnt control his urge of defending terrorists…

I knew his days were numbered…

I was absolutely serious when I said cricketplaya needs to be reported to the authorities. It’s good he got banned because sooner or later somebody will be on his case and when that happens not only does he get in trouble.. GS might have issues to. Best to get rid of such troublemakers. Troublemaker is probably an understatement.

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

oh comeon sharabee....having diff views and not just one sided view is wht makes a discussion interesting.
Merc Its sad tht they are banned....Reading diff views increases awareness and u begin to understand how others think....Diff views are good as long as they dont get personal.

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

LP.. ya having different opinions is OK.. debating them is OK too.. but supporting and defending terrorism is not..

Damn you Mods! I was really enjoying the carnage.

I want CricketPlaya back.

America for one?
But Taliban-Afghanistan is history now. No need to discuss it anymore.

yup, great achievement :k: :smack:

you are late, he exploded himself

'support' is a very broad word, but generally people do not believe in the war against them. but their support is not so much as to impede the government actions vizaviz afghanistan, hence ttp at war with all of pakistan
what youve got to remember is that this (gs) is a mainly foreign crowd not pakistani.

the answer to the titled question is - no. theres so much wrong with this war, on the af/pak tribal people, that i'd feel ashamed going to them, the talibs, to ask for leniency for my pakistani people. the first thing we must offer them is genuine peace and freedom

part of the motivation for this war, on the part of the US/nato/pak, is that these people appear to have nothing substantial to resist them militarily. hence if this war involved two equally equipped sides what would be the state of todays pakistan? if the talibs chose to fight in same vane, using the same pretexts and weapons systems as these UN approved national armies?

the truth is opposing views are not encouraged in this war, and the terrorist sympathizer stigma is one of the methods being employed to keep mouths shut.

HAHAHAHAAAAAAAHAHAHA

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?

Sharabee its good to have you back. I was wondering whose multinick you were. Just figured it out.

Re: Is support to Taliban, a support to terrorism?
