yes that’s amina. noone ever said she doesn’t wear sleeveless. she has modeled wearing sleeveless clothes but never tank tops or halters or any kind of cheap modeling.

most of the morning show host don't wear sleeveless but then its probably cause they know they are hosting a program for the family.

you know what really bothers me though...is some of these showbiz aunties in their 60s and late 50s wearing sleeveless and see through type saris...now that just really pisses me off cause if you have flabby arms save your self some embarrassment and cover them. lol

the thing with wearing sleeveless is that it is meant to be enticing. It is meant to show skin. If we lived in a culture where exposing full arms in both men and women was the norm (for instance in pre-modern Arabia) then it wouldn't be so suggestive.
I do think, however, that sleeveless doesn't seem so bad but exposing the armpits if you have to raise your arms is definitely indecent. For that matter, it would simply be uncomfortable. The rest, probably, guys can tell us better (as to what is enticing or indecent).
I think that indecent clothes are always uncomfortable because you are always self-conscious and that reduces your confidence.

Exactly!!!, this thread is about exposing your arms in media, and everyone has added a personal opinion regarding the topic and MY personal opinion is that wearing sleeveless is not the end of the world.It's not going to wreck out country. I didn't say "I don't agree with the political stance of Nawaz Shareef" or that " I think senator Arlen Specter was unjustified in defecting to democrats" seriously woman pay attention:)

Anyways my point is, any opinion a person has, regarding a certain topic always stems from religion, culture, psychology, politics( as mine did.. actually mine was more on the lines of social well being) as well as other disciplines. I agree that my post may have been belittling to some people but it WAS relevant to the topic under discussion.

Dance was not allowed on PTV from 1978 until 1999. Mr. Musharraf allowed it. Even PPP did not allow it in 1988 or 1993.
