Thank you for the question. I often wonder about the same thing.. I do think about old times. Even when they were not so pleasant for me. I find them much more simple. Life in childhood and teenage is so clear and simple. The little worries that seem so big now seem like halwa to me.. Sometimes I wonder things I’d do different if I’d go back.. And if I had done em differently would I still be here? Or would life be different?

Its good to remember past.. But learn from it. Living in past brings nothing except grievance. Don’t make standards. Each time comes with it own set of things. And it will all pass. Nothing stays.

Yes, you think about the past and learn… What is the point of thinking about things that can’t be changed?
