Thinking that not praying does not create a fitna is fitna of its own

If I dont pray, my kids wont pray and then their kids wont pray .. you dont think that it becomes a social fitna. Also, If I dont fast, I will try to justify my act and might end up convincing someone else not to fast.

Everybody who is not praying or fasting is making a personal choice , Allah or Alla’s Rasool(SAW) has not prescribed any punishment or any worldly consequences for making that choice hence it is not fitna.
If the kids do not pray , if the wife does not pray or the whole society does not pray it is their personal choice.
They might get their punishment in afterlife but in this life there is no prescribed punishment , hence it is matter of personal choice.
