If it is static, it must be saved in the network card settings. You can double click the LAN card and open properties window, select IP settings and see if there is an IP address specified. If yes, then it is a static IP address.

External IP addresses allocated by ISPs are most commonly dynamic.

i hav a static ip still the ip remain the same whenever i seee… whts ths … whts the rocket science bhind it
