Like, if at a workplace, people are working - both males and females.

Males have to sit late hours, and get low increments.

Females sit less hours, are assigned half the work that males get, and get higher pay. Now what is this scenario?

This scenario sounds like my dream job! Please post the name of company where women are given these positions so I can forward my resume to them.
