Like, if at a workplace, people are working - both males and females.

Males have to sit late hours, and get low increments.

Females sit less hours, are assigned half the work that males get, and get higher pay.

Now what is this scenario?

Haven’t seen that happen anywhere. Can you specify industry, country etc
