@TLK - That’s not necessarily true. I need sleep much more than I need food to function at work. I try and wake up for sehri as much as I can but I only usually last the first week. I’ve never not kept a fast I had to, or broken one. Not something I like to admit (not waking up) but hey.

Same here, I can’t have sehri. If I do manage to wake-up I can’t go back to sleep and i’m grouchy all day long. The days i’m off, I stay-up till sehri and have a little bith though.
