lol it doesn't go down because the server resets. When we give a warning, we can choose to have them expire after a few months. :D

And I'd just like to make it clear to everyone that this warning level is just a way for Mods/Admins to keep track of the member's record in the forums...you don't necessarily have to reach 100% to be banned. =D
