i dont think her point was about acquiring manly attributes in the first place....it was about acquiring wealth and power that belongs for the most part to men and has been denied to women since long through mediums such as religion, social pressures, tradition/culture etc.

You did not get me right. I am not talking in terms of who is superior and who is inferior. I am talking about the unique strengths of each gender. Where men have some inherent strengths, women have some inherent strengths too.

Which is why I suggested that man’s failing is that he refuses to accept his shortcomings and continues to believe that he is superior. This is in complete keeping with what you have stated above.
