I don’t know. I’m sure it’s not as common as other countries because Pakistan is still quite conservative.
But that being said, one of my friends is a gynae in Pakistan and she told me that STDs are pretty common among the women there. **Usually the assumption is that the husband is a cheater and/or visits brothels. But maybe it’s the patient herself (doubt she’s going to admit to adultery). **
So, infidelity is a very taboo subject in Pakistan so we will never get any accurate numbers or percentages, only rumors and estimates.

Most women wouldn’t have the ‘freedom’ to be able to do it imo.. Most can’t say they’re working late, going on overnight business trips etc.
