no i dont think hotness is in the eye of the beholder... beauty yes because that is natural either you are beautiful or you are not.....but anyone can be hot....it's about the way you dress and the way you carry yourself that makes one hot.

Ummm, no. Not anyone can be hot. People have different definitions of the word “hot”. To me, hot is all about physical appearance. The characteristics you described above fall into the definition of “Attractive”, since attractiveness involves a lot more than just physical appearance.

Anyone can be "hot" if they have a nice body, nice hairstyle and stuff.
Beauty takes into account personality, character, etc. Alot more than just having a nice body or face.
