I buy as much organic produce as possibly, although it does limit what you can buy in terms of availibility according to if the produce is in season or not. As Daisy says, organic produce shipped in from abroad tends to have a very limited life span and costs a lot more too.
As a general rule, if you're going to start using organic produce and can't buy everything organic then it's best to buy those fruits and vegetable that you would eat or cook with the skins on eg apples, cucumbers, pears, and plums.
