Take the wild marijuana leaves and buds, dry them(weight depending on how potent you want your lussi to be) . Take one part yougurt , 2 part milk and one part water. take the yougrt and the bhang and grind them together in a mortart and pestle and make a paste. Thoroughly mix this paste with rest of the ingredients. Serve chilled

and yes, it used to be all over the place in islamabad but lately they've been burning it down, so its not as easy to find although you can still find it. it grows in lahore too, but very few people know that....its all over the place behind shalimar gardens - hardly the place people go to a lot, eh?
generally speaking, arid areas produce the best bhung in pakistan, but thats more for smoking. sialkot has excellent really tall plants that are good for drinking.

hell yes its halal...its a naturally occuring er....natural thing. far as i'm concerned its allah kee dain, so bismillah karieN and then allah ka shukar karieN.
