Better not to compare one dirt with another dirt, because one (unintentionally) ends up (kind of) supporting one against the other.

According to North American research, North American women find emotional cheating worse than physical cheating and men find physical cheating to be worse than emotional.

I think that applies to the desi community too. But I personally believe emotional is mush worse.
