my kid is all excited that she's got a day off from school on the same day that the movie releases here.....

depends....
my nephew would have watched it when he was four years old because his parents allow it.
I personally think that it's a bit violent and loud for a child of that age.
there were at least 3 or 4 events that visibly startled noor......and at least twice she ended up cowering in my elbow.
