These sound like lofty and admirable goals (referring to the last five points you listed), UTD.

What happens, in a hypothetical scenario, if the people of Iraq overwhelmingly vote in an Islamic government, or a predominantly Shi'ite one (the majority of Iraqis as you are already aware are Shi'ites)?
