Iraq has declared Victory in Tikrit. The Prime Minister has gone to Tikrit today and raised Iraq’s flag in its streets.

Liberation of Anbar Province and Nineveh province comes next, on the road to Mosul.

Any chance of them marching all the way to Damascus?
