Iran is a nuclear power no matter how you cut the cake… a bump here or there thats all BUT its radio active rod is gona be much bigger then little Kims, I bet terrorist will vouch for that.
If international treaties to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons have any power, now is the time to flex it on Iran. Last week the United States, Europe, Russia and China jointly condemned Iran’s refusal to explain how it got blueprints and equipment usable for making nuclear bomb fuel. That criticism must be followed up with concerted pressure to keep Iran from joining the growing list of states armed with nuclear weapons.

They have been and still are selling all necessary nuclear technology to Iran, so why wonder where Iran gets it from?
I guess when they've sold everything (made all the money from it), it'll be time to destroy it all and then start selling it all over again.
