Iraj Manzoor appeared in a music video of a singer/songwriter named Schaz. Which may be short for Shazia, who knows. Regardless, Iraj and Schaz's relationship in the video near borders on questionable for those of us who live in the West, but in Pakistan, a place where its common for girls to hold hands if they're friends (believe me, many a Pakistani woman has tried to walk with me holding hands, and yeah...well...they do that kind of stuff, what can I say?), the video might not be very questionable for Pakistani culture. Nonetheless, Iraj and Schaz did receive some suspicious reviews over the video. Maybe that's where this rumor has sprung from.
Other than that, I haven't heard of her being gay/lesbian. This is complete news to me. Unless someone has solid proof of her saying such things, I would not believe it. People make up stuff all the time.

Please no need to be so upset...the topic was posted as a question not as a statement. She is an icon in the fashion world, one of the original supermodels of our country, so if ppl are shocked at a certain piece of information about her, its only natural. We are only human.

Arjay, it was in the Dawn newspaper- Images. It was published a few years back and everyone seems to know about it. There's no fire without smoke and I don't know her personally neither do I care to, so it's not a personal attack neither am I making anything up due to any dushmani or whatever. It is something SHE herself has been quite open with. I don't understand your reason for getting upset when most of the people know about it here.

LOL arjay blv's he's a showbiz guru and fails to understand his knowledge is limited to actors of drama's and poets. Why speak when u don't even know arjay? I've worked with Iraj (more than once and have travelled together) and she has admit it OPENLY that "she's attracted to females" ... bye arjay waves touchy touchy! "mother-piddar" is a term i'd expect to hear from young guys sigh what's the world coming to..?

I respect Arjay for not indulging in idle gossip about fellow celebrities, a lot of times on this forum he has been asked (sometimes harrassed!) to confirm or deny certain rumors and all, why should he? I think he believes that anything involving a celebrity's private life, is completely off-limits, something he doesn't like to comment on, thats the job of gossip mongers in the industry. I think thats comendable. ask him anything on the professional front and he's always there with an answer!
