IQ and vegetarianism

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

Hi there,
**
Human beings are supposed to be herbovires. Look at the construction of their teeth..do they resemble with those of dogs, big cats/small cats or hyenas who sink their teeth into raw meat and rip it apart ?.
**
*Because of smart mental faculty humans devised ways of softening meat by roasting or boiling so that it becomes soft and hence easier to eat. *
**
Yet to meet a person who eats meat like a carnivore.

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

As a comedian once said… the most cruel food item you can eat is a cheeseburger.
It’s the flesh of the poor animal topped by its food, and then cheese.. a product of its own milk, put between hamburger buns..made of grain..which is the poor animal’s food too. Adding cheese to a burger is like adding insult to injury.

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

omnivores!!!
ps, humans did eat raw meat, while they did not have pinty teeth in front, they do have canine teeth to shred..and they had tools to hunt, and cut and shred.

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

dspathania: actually human beings possess canine teeth in the front (also shared by dogs and other canines) in order to rip apart the meat. their digestive system also closely resembles those of canines than that of herbivores. the softer meat was easier on our digestive system.
raw foodists do promote that we shouldnt be eating anything we cant eat raw (that would apply to all the starchy grains+lentils+veggies like potatoes) but history suggests that man HAS eaten meat for a very long time (if not cooked then raw)

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

While struggling to eat raw meat many of them lost their front and side teeth. There are no teeth at the rear. !! Ancient dentistry tales from Africa say that :)
**
Discovery of fire enabled them to roast and cook meat.

In any case my favourites are Punjabi Kukkad and Amritsari Machchi.

this is your favourite thread - isn’t it.

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

thats really funny

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

relief i was disspointed for a second that my favorite guppy has deviant eating habits (not that eating pork changes anything)

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

Like Fraudia said, we are OMNIVORES (Meat and Plant eaters).

Herbivores have flat teeth for grinding veg, we also have some sharp teeth for tearing into beef steak and beef burgers, if we don't eat meat we are denying ourselves essential proteins which are very hard to get from veg, our stomachs are perfectly capable of digesting both veg and meat, even certain uncooked meats such as rare beef steak for example.

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

the "vegetarians" that amuse me are the ones that say. I am a vegetarian.. but I do eat fish and chicken?

I mean ovo-lacto veg I can understand but not ov-lacto-poultryo-fisho veg

abay.... they look like vegetables to you? you dont see any difference between bhindi and murghi? or kadoo and salmon?

fact is these ppl are not vegetarian, they just abuse the word. I guess saying I dont eat red meat, or i avoid red meat does not have the zip-zap-zing to it

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

who said we are vegeterians
bechare vegis nemat se mahroom hain

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

not u, I know others who say that..

Plus I know other people who say oh I only eat zabiha..but then they dont mind non zabeeha chicken. I am like dude....so you dont eat zabeeha only.

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

yeh zabiha ki baat kaahaan se aa gaii, aur kaun kehta aur khaata hai?

Re: IQ and vegetarianism

it was an example that people say stuff that does not make sense whether it is about being vegetarian or only eating zabiha
