I have problem with our being excited with cricket. That makes perfect sense for us to become jazbaati because that the only sports we are good at. But my point was that same people who are praising Inzi for his performance today will be pissed off at him for losing this test match or the series.

The same people who were praising Nawaz Sharif a few years ago will now tell you that he was the worst prime minister Pakistan ever had.

jab Pakistan yeh test bhi haar jaey ga to yehi loag inzamam ko galiyaan dai rahey hongay. I think he is a faluire as a captain. Pakistan hasn’t won any major tournament under his captaincy. So thumbs down for me.

He is much better than other captains like Waqar, Moin etc. I don’t know why people dont appreciate him as a captain. Really sad!

He needs to prove himself as a good captain by winning some series or tournaments. So far he hasn’t done that yet. So from me for now. Moin was far better captain than him. Pakistan won few series and tournaments under his captaincy in Dhaaka and Sharjah. That’s how I measure a success of a captain. Not by how many centuries he scores or how ‘bhola bhaala’ he looks. After that horrible defeat aganst India for 195 runs all you guys have to say that how cute and bhola bhola he looked in that interview with Shastri.

^ It's not about being cute or bhola bhala. He sure is a lineant captain unlike Wasim, Imran khan etc but it's not his fault if he is a captain of a new team. It's not his fault if most of the guys in the team are very new and not experienced.

They have been using that excuse of ‘young team’ for last 3 or 4 years. So how long they can keep making excuses instead focusing on real problems like bad captaincy, bad management and lack of discipline and team spirit?

Inzimam sucks irrespective. Too many wins have drifted away from us because of his inability to perform under pressure conditions. Dissappointed his team and nation each time. He should be thrown out.

Inzamam is the BEST batsman we have, he is in top of Pakistan’s EVER produced batsmen, you can’t deny that. But he is not a good captain I agree. But failed in tournaments can’t be blamed just on captain, I agree captain plays a big part in the game, but he is not the whole team.
