so many difference
like islamabad is a small city and capital of pakistan
and karachi is a very very big city of pakistan
in karachi huge trafic but in islamabad not that much trafic
u can say islamabad is a dead city in sence of k after 10 p.m almost sab markeet band ho jati hian 
so have u any planed to visit karachi or islamabad
